固体碱催化剂上生物油催化酯化改质

采用湿混法制备了以γ-Al203为载体的固体碱催化剂(MgCO3/γ-Al2O3,Na2CO3/γ-Al203,CaC03/γ-Al2O3,K2CO3/γ-Al2O3),将K2CO3/γ-Al2O3催化剂用NaOH溶液浸渍得到K2CO3/γ-Al2O3-NaOH催化剂。以乙酸和乙醇的酯化反应为模型反应,对所制备的固体碱催化剂的酯化反应活性进行了评价,并在筛选出的酯化反应活性较高的K2CO3/γ-Al2O3催化剂上,对生物油催化酯化改质进行了研究。实验结果表明,生物油经催化酯化改质后,运动黏度显著降低 ...

难降解废水的可生化性探讨

难降解废水一直是水处理领域所关注的热点和难点。通过实际工程中遇到的某化工废水的可生化性研究,简要介绍和分析了采用超声、臭氧、电解、二氧化氯和生物铁法等方法提高难降解废水可生化性的适用情况和优缺点,为类似废水的生物法处理提供了借鉴。本工程采用臭氧+UASB+接触氧化工艺处理后,调试及运行表明,总BOD5和CODCr的去除率能够达到98.0%和97.0%以上,运行稳定,出水水质达到GB8978—1996的Ⅱ级标准,运行费用为3.06元/m3。
