为了建立以220 k V变电站为核心的局部电网雷击故障风险评估系统,首先分析了正常运行方式和220 k V变电站全停集中检修方式下的局部电网故障及负荷损失情况。雷击是造成电网故障的重要原因,建立了考虑负荷损失的输电网络雷击风险评估模型,评估模型分为雷电参数统计、跳闸率计算、风险值计算3个环节。最后,以华南地区某局部电位220 k V变电站全停检修为例,计算全停期间运行输电线路的雷击风险,为电力部门在检修前后制定相应的防护策略提供依据。
