冷却水处理需不需要预膜,目前国内外有两种不同观点:一种认为预膜可以防止运行最初阶段中极高的腐蚀率.美国BETZ公司就是如此,认为预膜是必要的.我国引进的十三套大型化肥厂的冷却水处理基本都是采用预膜处理;另一种观点认为预膜效果不大,日本KURITA公司就不主张预膜.我们国内有些炼油厂由于条件限制采用了不预膜处理,我厂冷却水处理采用的也是不预膜处理.

Fenton试剂-浸没式生物滤池处理模拟染料生产废水试验研究

作者采用Fenton试剂预处理和浸没式生物滤池联合法处理含盐较高的模拟染料生产废水,考察了Fenton试剂预处理对染料结构的破坏作用和染料液可生化性的改善作用及浸没式生物滤池对预处理后溶液CODCr的去除过程和处理效果。实验结果表明,Fenton试剂预处理能有效破坏染料分子的结构,色度去除率可达99%;预处理后染料液的可生化性得到显著改善;浸没式生物滤池对预处理后的染料废水CODCr的去除效果稳定,平均去除率达到64%,且具有一定的抗冲击负荷能力。

醇酸树脂生产废水厌氧生物降解研究

针对醇酸树脂生产废水COD高、成分复杂等问题,以螺旋对称流厌氧反应器(SSSAB)为载体,对比研究了物化预处理对SSSAB处理醇酸树脂生产废水效果的影响,考察是否可通过使用SSSAB省略传统预处理,并确定了废水中有机物的种类。结果表明:SSSAB对经物化预处理的水样的厌氧处理效果优于未经物化预处理的水样,但两者均达到了良好的降解效果。未经物化预处理的水样在平均进水COD为9 133 mg/L,水力停留时间(HRT)为1.25 d,有机负荷(OLR)为7.2 kg/(m³·d)(以COD计,下同)时 ...
