通过连续5年定位试验,以紫云英、秸秆和商品有机肥等有机物料还田的稻田土壤为研究对象,研究有机物料还田后不同物理分组下土壤组成特点和有机碳变化特征。结果表明,稻田土壤团聚体主要分布在2~0.25 mm与0.25~0.053 mm粒级,团聚体颗粒有机碳含量随着粒径的减小而减少。有机物料还田可提高0.25~0.053 mm和<0.053 mm粒级团聚体有机碳的含量,紫云英、秸秆、商品有机肥等有机物料可通过提高土壤微团聚体有机碳含量而增加土壤碳库。有机物料施用增加土壤轻组组分颗粒含量,减少重组组分颗粒含量 ...

Microstructure and ultrastructure of antennary gland of Penaeus monodon(斑节对虾触角腺的显微和超微结构)
对斑节对虾触角腺的显微及超微形态结构进行了研究.其触角腺由体腔囊、迷路和原肾管3部分组成.体腔囊足细胞小,足突起短而细,胞质内小泡和颗粒不多;迷路细胞微绒毛短少而不整齐,含有大量小泡,基底及两侧质膜内陷较深,但基底部线粒体数量很少;原肾管细胞微绒毛较短少而杂乱,胞质内小泡和颗粒含量较少,基底及两侧质膜内陷很深.上述结果显示,斑节对虾触角腺各组成成分中,与其排泄和渗透压调节功能相关的结构较为发达.因此,该虾是甲壳动物中调节能力较强的“渗透压调节者”.

ABSTRACT To address the degradation of corrosion resistance induced by Al‐5Ti‐B grain refiner during the strengthening of Al‐Mg‐Zn alloys, this study innovatively employed a rare earth element yttrium (Y) alloying strategy to achieve synergistic enhancement of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.

通过分析油田产出含油污泥组分和粒径,确定以含油污泥为主要原材料,添加适当化学药剂和固相颗粒得到一种新型含油污泥调剖剂.合理配方(质量分数)为:污油泥50% +悬浮剂0.2% ~0.3% +乳化剂0.3% ~0.4% +膨润土 8% +水,固含量大于15.65%,调剖剂体系稳定,不产生分层现象.岩心实验表明,当孔喉与颗粒粒径之比在9.0~12.0时,调剖剂可以顺利进入岩心,实现稳态注入,当固相颗粒加入量大于8% 时,岩心封堵率可达94%.该技术有助于解决含油污泥外排造成的环境污染问题,为油田综合治理 ...

研究不同耕作年限新疆玛纳斯县耕地的土壤颗粒组成、不同土壤颗粒有机碳含量变化特征以及二者的相关关系。选取4个不同耕作年限耕地为研究对象,采集土层0—300 cm的土壤样品,采用激光法获取土壤颗粒组成,探讨长期耕作对土壤颗粒组成以及不同土壤颗粒有机碳含量的影响。结果表明:研究区域土壤颗粒组成主要以砂粒(约占21.0%~35.4%)和粉粒(约占46.0%~50.0%)为主,砂粒含量下部明显高于上部,而粉粒含量中部明显低于上部和下部;随着耕作年限增加,上部耕层(0—60 cm)土壤质地由粉砂质粘壤土转变为壤土 ...
