特高压直流输电线路形成的离子流在风力作用下迁移,由于风具有地域性与随机性,造成离子流密度ρj与合成场强E的量化评估困难。目前计及风力的E值统计评估未考虑到风速与风向随机性的关联,且缺少对多风向下离子流迁移的模拟。为此,文中以湖州±800 kV线路为例,将传统二维线路合成场有限元模型拓展到三维,得到—影响下ρj与E的变化规律,并以Copula函数构建概率模型,提出一种安全评估技术。结果表明:风速决定了空间电荷扩散程度,风向决定其扩散轨迹;风速增大使ρj与E先增大后减小;风向与线路走向夹角减小使风力影响减弱;
