ABSTRACT This article examines entanglements of ecology, race, and foodways at Lake Naivasha in Kenya. Nonnative Louisiana red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkii), first introduced to Kenya in the 1960s, were once viewed as invasive but are now sought after as a delicacy among Kenya's Chinese community.

食管黏膜脱落细胞DNA倍体联合血清标志物检测在食管癌诊断中的价值

目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)联合食管黏膜脱落细胞DNA倍体在食管癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的经胃镜诊断为食管病变患者128例,其中64为食管癌患者,64例为食管良性病变患者,使用罗氏电化学发光免疫系统检测其血清NSE、CEA水平,采用ICM检测DNA倍体水平,分析其特异性及敏感性。结果 64例食管癌患者中有45例DNA倍体为阳性,64例食管良性病变患者中,3例DNA倍体异常,食管癌组患者的NSE、CEA水平均明显高于良性病变组,组间比较有明显差异 ...

目的:研究ghrelin阳性细胞在食蟹猴消化系统中的分布定位。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法检测ghrelin免疫阳性细胞在食蟹猴消化系统中的分布部位、含量及细胞形态。结果:ghrelin免疫阳性细胞分布于食蟹猴的胃、十二指肠、空肠前段、空肠中段以及胰腺中,而在口腔黏膜、食管、空肠后端至直肠、肝脏中均无表达。结论:食蟹猴内ghrelin阳性细胞的分布与人和其他动物的分布基本相似,ghrelin在进化上具有保守性,物种间存在差异性。

过敏性紫癜患儿食物不耐受检测及其意义

目的探讨过敏性紫癜患儿食物不耐受血清特异性IgG水平对其病因诊断及饮食治疗的意义。方法用食物不耐受IgG体外检测试剂盒检测30例过敏性紫癜患儿和20例健康对照儿童的血清特异性IgG水平。结果实验组30例过敏性紫癜患者的血清总IgG阳性率为76.67%,其中对1种食物不耐受为3例,对2种以上食物不耐受者为20例。健康对照组20例血清总IgG阳性率为25%,对1种食物不耐受为2例,对2种以上食物不耐受者为3例,常见的引起不耐受的食物依次为牛奶、虾、鸡蛋清和鸡蛋黄、蟹、大豆、鳕鱼、大米、小麦、猪肉、牛肉等 ...
