目的观察HLA-G在食道鳞癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达情况,探讨HLA-G在食道鳞癌中表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法,对47例食管癌及其癌旁组织中HLA-G的表达进行免疫组化染色。结果HLA-G在食道鳞癌组织和癌旁组织中表达率分别为78.7%、0%。癌组织中HLA-G主要表达于肿瘤细胞胞浆中。HLA-G的表达与肿瘤大小、浸润程度、病理学分级及淋巴节转移状况无关。结论HLA-G在食道鳞癌中有显著表达,且其表达主要由肿瘤细胞产生。
