Experience of nursing care for diabetes patients undergoing cervical intervertebral disc arthroplasty [PDF]
目的 探讨糖尿病患者行人工颈椎间盘置换术手术前后的护理方法。方法 对64例颈椎病合并糖尿病患者进行降糖治疗和护理，行择期手术，术后在创伤骨科疾病护理的基础上结合糖尿病患者的护理常规，对64例患者进行护理，包括观察伤口，预防并发症，监测血糖，降糖宣教，饮食护理和功能锻炼等措施。结果 64例行人工颈椎间盘置换术的糖尿病患者均顺利渡过围术期，切口甲级愈合，未发生并发症，临床症状缓解或消失。置换节段稳定并部分恢复了颈椎正常的活动范围。结论 做好手术全过程的护理，尤其是加强术后护理 ...

Investigation and analysis of demands for health education in postoperative cervical cancer patients
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]了解宫颈癌术后病人的健康教育需求,以便采取个体化健康教育,提高病人的生活质量。[方法]采用问卷调查方法,随机抽取180例宫颈癌术后病人进行健康教育的需求调查。[结果]宫颈癌术后病人对健康教育需求依次为检查治疗指导、饮食指导和心理指导,最受欢迎的健康教育方式是医护直接沟通、病人现身说法、健康教育手册;不同年龄、不同文化程度的病人,对健康教育的需求也不同。[结论]宫颈癌术后病人的健康知识缺乏,希望得到检查治疗、饮食、用药、康复指导等健康教育,护士应给予个体化健康教育。

Weight reduction intervention and self-care ability of children with simple obesity
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]培养单纯性肥胖儿童自我护理的能力。[方法]以家庭干预为主,配合学校、社区的指导和健康教育,以控制饮食、增加运动、心理健康指导为主要干预内容。[结果]经过1年的干预,干预组儿童身高增长与正常对照组一致,肥胖度明显降低;对自我护理的态度发生了明显的变化。[结论]通过家庭、学校、社区的教育和管理,实施饮食、运动和心理干预,可使肥胖儿童的体重降低,并形成自我护理的能力.

Huli yanjiu, 2003 目的 :分析探讨妇产科腹部术后病人及早进行护理指导对减少术后并发症的临床效果。方法 :将 186例腹部术后病人随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组给予术后早期正确饮食和床上活动指导 ,以及经保留的硬膜外导管给药进行有效止痛 ,避免切口疼痛 ;对照组按常规待肛门排气后进食 ,不重视早期床上活动 ,术后疼痛给予哌替啶 5 0mg肌肉注射。对两组病人的肛门排气时间和腹胀发生率及术后并发症进行对比。结果 :实验组的腹胀发生率、持续时间明显低于对照组 ,肛门排气时间显著缩短 ,术后并发症发生率明显降低 (P
