铁死亡在主动脉夹层中的作用研究进展

近年来研究发现,由氧化应激等刺激因素导致的铁代谢紊乱与脂质过氧化诱导的铁死亡在主动脉夹层的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。其中,铁代谢紊乱主要体现为铁含量与血红素代谢异常导致的羟基自由基过量生成,而脂质过氧化则与Xc-系统异常及磷脂氢过氧化物过量积累相关。这些因素协同导致主动脉稳态被破坏,驱动主动脉夹层中内皮细胞和血管平滑肌细胞等管壁组成细胞铁死亡。主动脉夹层中存在多个铁死亡相关基因紊乱,且吸烟等流行病学因素、蛋白质甲基化等表观遗传修饰及T淋巴细胞等免疫细胞功能异常亦与主动脉夹层铁死亡密切相关。此外 ...

利用RS和GIS技术和景观生态学的方法,对泾河中上游流域1986~2000年的景观特征及其动态变化进行了研究。通过计算多样性指数、优势度、破碎化指数、分离度等指标,进行了土地利用格局变化分析,并对该区域土地利用变化的主导因子进行了分析,认为该区土地利用/土地覆被变化的驱动力主要为:自然因素、经济因素、人口压力及宏观政策等,并互相影响、互相制约,共同影响流域景观格局的变化。
