Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue类风湿关节炎（Rheumatoid arthritis, RA）是一种以侵蚀性关节炎为主要临床表现的自身免疫病，可发生在任何年龄，以青中年女性为主，平均发病年龄为45岁左右。RA发病机制目前尚不明确，基本病理表现为滑膜炎、血管翳形成，并逐渐出现关节软骨和骨破坏，最终导致关节畸形和功能丧失。研究发现疾病的发生发展与许多代谢小分子水平异常改变有关，脂代谢作为基础代谢中的重要代谢途径之一，与能量代谢、生物合成息息相关[1-3]。
