Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2013 骨科患者多采取手术疗法,其手术时间相对较长,术中多伴有辅助检查,且骨科患者由于失血、制动、住院时间长及病原微生物易在骨髓腔、骨松质中藏匿停留、生长、繁殖等原因,极易发生感染。软组织、骨与关节一旦发生感染,轻则延长疗程,增加医疗费用,重则并发肢体关节的严重功能障碍[1]。为了解我院骨科患者发生感染的病原菌及耐药状况,为骨科控制感染与临床治疗提供参考依据,我们对骨科发生医院感染患者的108份标本进行细菌培养和药敏试验结果进行分析,现报告如下。
