骨科患者多采取手术疗法,其手术时间相对较长,术中多伴有辅助检查,且骨科患者由于失血、制动、住院时间长及病原微生物易在骨髓腔、骨松质中藏匿停留、生长、繁殖等原因,极易发生感染。软组织、骨与关节一旦发生感染,轻则延长疗程,增加医疗费用,重则并发肢体关节的严重功能障碍[1]。为了解我院骨科患者发生感染的病原菌及耐药状况,为骨科控制感染与临床治疗提供参考依据,我们对骨科发生医院感染患者的108份标本进行细菌培养和药敏试验结果进行分析,现报告如下。

Efficacy and safety of buprenorphine transdermal patches in relieving moderate to severe chronic pain [PDF]
目的观察丁丙诺啡透皮贴剂治疗中重度慢性疼痛的疗效和安全性。方法收集2015年10月至2016年3月在我院骨科门诊确诊为中重度慢性疼痛患者68例,给予丁丙诺啡透皮贴剂进行止痛治疗,初始剂量5 mg,qw,根据疼痛情况调整剂量至无痛或基本无痛状态。对每位患者随访1个月,分别评估患者治疗前后疼痛强度、镇痛效果、生活质量、用药依从性,同时监测药物不良反应。结果治疗前、后患者疼痛数字评分分别为(5.90±1.05)分和(1.35±0.75)分,P〈0.05;疼痛总缓解率为91.18%;治疗后SF-36生活质量量表(
