为使动车组高压设备箱满足高海拔地区运行条件,需将高压设备箱雷电冲击耐受电压设计值从铁道行业标准TB/T 1333.1-2002中的OV3(Overvoltage 3,125 kV)考核指标提高到OV4(170 kV)考核指标。考虑到高压设备箱空间结构限制,提出了在高压设备箱内电缆终端、断路器端部等关键部位加装绝缘护套的方法,针对电缆终端及断路器端部高压电极形状设计不同结构的绝缘护套,试验研究不同优化策略下冲击闪络电压耐受值。结果表明,通过加装结构合理的绝缘护套,高压设备箱雷电冲击电压耐受值可满足海拔3 ...
