冷球蛋白血症相关性肾病1例

1 临床资料患者,女,62岁,因“双下肢水肿1个月”入院。患者缘于1个月前无明显诱因出现双下肢水肿,就诊于当地医院,辅助检查提示尿蛋白4+,予以保肾、补充白蛋白及对症治疗后未见明显好转,患者及家属为求进一步诊治就诊。病程中1周前有发热,体温最高达37.8℃,给予物理降温后体温降至正常,后未再发热。既往有高血压史1个月,血压最高达199/104 mmHg, 口服替米沙坦 40 mg每日1次及吲达帕胺 2.5 mg每日1次口服,

Study on the vitrification of rat embryonic cerebral cells(大鼠胚脑细胞玻璃化冷冻保存研究)

在20 ℃室温下,用玻璃化冻存液(含5.5 mol/L乙二醇和1 mol/L蔗糖)对大鼠胚脑细胞进行一步法和两步法深低温保存.在冻存1、3、7、15 d后,37 ℃水浴快速复温,洗脱冻存保护剂,检测细胞活性.结果表明:两步法0.5 min平衡组,在玻璃化冻存15 d后,胚脑细胞的存活率和SDH活性分别为(78.6±3.3)% 和0.69±0.05,细胞活性水平最高.此外,一步法1 min平衡组,冻存15 d后,细胞活性也较高,细胞存活率和SDH活性分别为(77.9±4.7)% 和0.68±0.04 ...

在埋藏过程中,随着埋深的增加,细粒沉积岩的矿物组成、有机质形态、孔隙类型与质量分数等会发生一系列变化。为揭示其变化规律,对有机质热模拟的残样进行了扫描电镜、全岩X射线衍射、镜质体反射率(Ro)、岩石热解、有机碳质量分数等测试。发现在从室温(25 ℃)到550 ℃的升温过程中,有机质形态由团块状向条带状、团块状变化;黏土矿物由层片状逐渐向絮状转化;碳酸盐矿物溶蚀加剧,温度超过500 ℃后,出现溶蚀-沉淀现象;随着温度的升高,由有机质热演化产生的有机质孔的面积不断增加,在450~475 ℃时 ...

轴向约束杆件高温屈曲后强度对网架结构高温极限承载力的影响

局部火灾下,网架结构升温具有明显的非均匀性,结构中温度高的杆件热膨胀受到温度较低杆件的约束,使得网架结构的部分杆件具有显著的约束杆件高温力学特征。基于局部火灾下网架结构力学反应全过程数值追踪技术,考察结构升温非均匀性、结构荷载比、火源位置和结构跨度影响因素下,网架结构杆件高温屈曲后强度对整体结构抗火极限承载力的贡献。研究表明:当结构温度分布非均匀系数η在0.2≤η0.5时,杆件高温屈曲后强度对结构抗火极限承载力的贡献先逐渐减小然后转变为逐渐增大。上述研究结论可为建立网架结构第2阶段失效准则提供理论依据。
