麻疯树活性氧水平及酶类清除系统对温度胁迫的差异应答研究

本文测定并比较了低温(4℃)和高温(40℃)胁迫下,麻疯树幼苗叶片中的丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、活性氧水平以及活性氧清除酶类的活性变化.研究发现在低温或高温胁迫下,活性氧(H2O2、O2-)含量均呈现出先保持不变后上升的趋势,而SOD、CAT、POD活性先上升后降低.在低温胁迫下,MDA、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量随着胁迫时间增长而逐渐升高;而高温胁迫虽使MDA、脯氨酸含量增大,但变化趋势不如受冷胁迫的麻疯树变化明显,且高温胁迫未使可溶性糖含量发生明显变化 ...

梁柱全焊节点高温后抗震性能试验研究

梁柱全焊节点在建筑钢结构中广泛应用,其火灾后受力性能对整个结构灾后承载安全至关重要。通过5个梁柱全焊节点试件高温冷却后的低周反复加载试验,研究了高温过火对其承载力、延性和耗能能力的影响规律。试验过火温度介于500800℃之间,冷却方式为自然冷却。试验结果表明,所有试件均发生梁柱翼缘对接焊缝处的断裂破坏。高温冷却后试件的抗弯承载力较未过火试件有所降低,延性和耗能能力有所提升,变化幅度统一呈现随过火温度的升高先增大后减小的变化规律。当过火温度为700℃时,节点承载力降低最大,降低幅度约为20 ...

Study on the vitrification of rat embryonic cerebral cells(大鼠胚脑细胞玻璃化冷冻保存研究)

在20 ℃室温下,用玻璃化冻存液(含5.5 mol/L乙二醇和1 mol/L蔗糖)对大鼠胚脑细胞进行一步法和两步法深低温保存.在冻存1、3、7、15 d后,37 ℃水浴快速复温,洗脱冻存保护剂,检测细胞活性.结果表明:两步法0.5 min平衡组,在玻璃化冻存15 d后,胚脑细胞的存活率和SDH活性分别为(78.6±3.3)% 和0.69±0.05,细胞活性水平最高.此外,一步法1 min平衡组,冻存15 d后,细胞活性也较高,细胞存活率和SDH活性分别为(77.9±4.7)% 和0.68±0.04 ...

热处理对CuCr、CuCrFe真空触头材料组织及性能的影响

对CuCr、CuCrFe触头材料经过不同温度和不同保温时间处理后的合金导电性能进行了研究。结果表明:500℃保温4h热处理后CuCr合金电导率提高20%以上,CuCrFe合金电导率提高30%以上,并从微观组织方面分析了热处理改善合金导电性能的原因。

高注量中子辐照金红石单晶电学特性的研究

金红石单晶体经中子辐照后,不仅由无色透明变为深兰色,而且导电特性发生很大变化,且由高绝缘材料变为n型半导体.作者分别在低温、室温及高温下,研究了样品电阻随温度的变化关系,并在空气和真空气氛下,对比研究了气氛对辐照后样品导电特性的影响.结果表明,金红石晶体经中子辐照后,在低温下具有典型的半导体导电特性;在高温下于空气中退火,样品会被逐渐氧化,最后变为无色的绝缘体;在10-4Pa高真空气氛中退火,样品表现出点缺陷导电行为,且缺陷离子具有两个不同的激发能级(0.06eV和0.12eV),分别对应子H+和Ti3+
