降低高铝陶瓷烧结温度的途径

传统的高铝瓷配方烧成温度偏高、能耗大、成本高、价格贵。现新研究的低温烧结高铝瓷配方,烧成温度比传统同类型高铝瓷降低150~200℃,主要性能指标均达到国家标准。采用这种新技术,估计可节能三分之一,成本可降低四分之一。本文简要介绍降低高铝瓷烧结温度的途径。

温度对瓷支柱绝缘子机械性能影响仿真研究

利用有限元软件对40.5 kV瓷支柱绝缘子在温度剧变条件下的机械性能进行了仿真研究,包括温度剧变产生的温度应力以及对弯曲载荷和扭转载荷的影响,温度范围为-40~+80℃(初始温度为20℃)。研究发现,在低温或者高温条件下,瓷支柱绝缘子不同介质的连接位置均会出现明显的应力集中现象;同时,在施加弯曲载荷时,高温会使瓷支柱绝缘子承受更大的应力,而在低温时应力会随温度的降低而减小;而在施加扭转载荷时,瓷柱的不同位置在不同温度下所承受的应力有所不同,上瓷根所受应力随温度升高而减小,下瓷根所受应力随温度升高而升高 ...
