目的明确ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)病原菌的分布特点及耐药性,指导合理用药。方法回顾性分析120例已确诊VAP患者的下呼吸道分泌物的病原菌及药敏结果。结果 120例VAP患者培养出病原菌296株,革兰阴性杆菌占63.85%,革兰阳性球菌占22.30%,真菌感染13.85%;各类病原菌混合感染者占87.10%;铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌均有出现多重耐药;金黄色葡萄球菌耐药现象严重,但仍对万古霉素敏感;抗真菌药物仍然敏感,但真菌感染发生率不可忽视。结论 ...

大叶胡颓子叶经乙醇提取,用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次萃取,采用滤纸片法和平板稀释法对正丁醇部进行体外抑菌作用研究。结果表明:大叶胡颓子叶正丁醇部对5种常见的呼吸道致病菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克氏杆菌、鲍曼不动杆菌)均有较强的体外抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度为0.357~1.429 mg/mL。

目的 了解2023年吉林大学中日联谊医院临床分离菌的分布及耐药性。方法 收集2023年1月至12月吉林大学中日联谊医院临床分离菌并采用统一方案进行抗菌药物敏感性试验,用WHONET5.6软件进行数据分析。结果 2023年共收集临床分离菌8157株,其中革兰阳性菌占32.1%,革兰阴性菌占67.9%。检出率排名前五位的是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的检出率是16.5%,碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)的检出率是4.8 ...
