黄土高原地区深层土壤干燥化是人工林草植被过度耗水导致土壤水分负平衡的结果。如何定量评价深层土壤的干燥化程度,有助于确定适宜的植被类型和密度,保证人工植被建设的顺利进行。将土壤水分的几个主要指标与水分特征曲线相结合,从能量的角度初步建立了黄土高原地区深层土壤干燥化程度的评价标准,并利用该标准评价了黄土高原沟壑区刺槐林地深层土壤水分的干燥化程度。
