The infrared and microwave spectra of ozone for the (0, 0, 0), (1, 0, 0), and (0, 0, 1) states

Journal of Molecular Spectroscopy, 1985
Abstract New measurements of the ozone spectrum in the microwave and 10-μm infrared regions have been made. These new lines have been fit to a three-state Hamiltonian model which includes Coriolis interactions beteen (0, 0, 1) and (1, 0, 0). The model requires additional Coriolis parameters, as well as an appreciation for the parameters which are ...

CHARMONIUM STATES WITH L≠0

Modern Physics Letters A, 1988
The theory of L≠0 charmonium levels is developed within the framework of QCD. The main feature of our consideration is that the quarks are separated by sufficiently large distances and the major contribution to the interquark interaction comes from the gluonic string.

0+ states of Sm152 and Gd152

Nuclear Physics, 1960
Abstract The decay of Eu152m (9.2 h) is studied by means of internal and external conversion and e−-γ coincidence measurements with particular interest focused on the possible low-lying 0+ levels in the transition region between spherical and non-spherical nuclei. Such levels are now found at 615.3 keV in the near-spherical nucleus Gd152 and at 685.0

Overlayer states for Na on Si(1 0 0)

Solid State Communications, 1991
Abstract Overlayer states formed by valence elctrons, which are reflected back and forth between the vacuum and the substrate interfaces of an adsorbed film, are observed by photoemission at low photon energy for a metal (Na) adsorbed on a cooled Si(1 0 0) substrate.

Observation of the 0+2 state in 44S

The European Physical Journal A, 2005
We report preliminary results on the observation of the isomeric 0 2 + state in 44S. This state, populated in the fragmentation of a 48Ca beam, is located at 1365 ± 1 keV and has a half-life of 2.3 ± 0.3 µs. The observation of this isomer is the first experimental evidence of shape coexistence in 44S which was predicted by various theoretical ...

THE LARGE PROBABILITY OF THE 0+ GROUND STATES

Nuclear Structure Physics, 2001
We investigate the dominance of 0+ states as the lowest states in shell model calculations with random two-body interactions in a single j-shell. We have found an explanation of the large probability of the 0+ ground state.

The A(0+)−X(0+) transition of BiBr: radiative lifetimes of the A state

Chemical Physics, 1995
Abstract Laser induced fluorescence from resolved rovibrational levels ( ν ′, J ′) of the electronically excited A(0 + ) state of BiBr has been observed. Fluorescence lifetimes for several rovibrational levels ( ν ′, J ′) of the BiBr A(0 + ) state in the ν ′ = 4–9 interval have been measured, and a study of their variation with pressure has been ...

Fock Expansion of Bound States in Temporal ($$A^0 = 0$$) Gauge

2021
Chapter 5 motivates and defines the approach to bound states used here: Quantization at equal time in temporal \((A^0=0)\) gauge. A perturbative expansion around valence Fock states, bound by the instantaneous gauge potential (Sect. 5.1). Comparison of quantization procedures using covariant, Coulomb and temporal gauges in QED (Sect. 5.2).
