Background – Inhibition of the Janus kinase (JAK) pathway is a well‐established option for canine atopic dermatitis (cAD). Objective – To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ilunocitinib, a novel JAK inhibitor for the control of pruritus and skin lesions in client‐owned dogs with cAD.

Background – Allergen immunotherapy is used as aetiological treatment for canine atopic dermatitis (cAD). Objective – To assess the anti‐inflammatory agent‐sparing effect over 1 year of immunotherapy using pullulan‐conjugated recombinant Der f 2 (rDf2‐P). Conclusions and Clinical Relevance – Der f 2‐P immunotherapy can lead to a rapid reduction in anti‐

The soft breaking of gauge or other symmetries is the typical Quantum Field Theory phenomenon. In many cases one can apply the Stuckelberg procedure, which means introducing some additional field (or fields) and restore the gauge symmetry.

A Quantum Window Onto Early Inflation [PDF]
Inflation in the early Universe is one of the most promising probes of gravity in the high-energy regime. However, observable scales give access to a limited window in the inflationary dynamics.

Claw growth rates in a subset of adult, indoor, domestic cats (Felis catus)
Background – Keratinised tissues, such as nails and claws, accumulate hormones over time; the claws' hormone concentrations are being explored as potential biomarkers. Timelines for hormone deposition can be established if claw growth rates are known. Hormone concentration within cat claws has been recently evaluated, yet the growth rates of cat claws ...

Creation of spin 1/2 particles by an electric field in de Sitter space [PDF]
In the present article we solve the Dirac equation in a de Sitter universe when a constant electric field is present. Using the Bogoliubov transformations, we compute the rate of spin 1/2 created particles by the electric field.

Background – Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi) have been shown to reduce pruritus and improve associated inflammatory skin lesions in canine atopic dermatitis (cAD). Objective – To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ilunocitinib, in comparison to oclacitinib, for the control of cAD in a randomised, blinded trial.

A Derivation Of The Scalar Propagator In A Planar Model In Curved Space
Given that the free massive scalar propagator in 2 + 1 dimensional Euclidean space is $D(x-y)=\frac{1}{4\pi \rho} 0.25cm e^{-m \rho} $ with $\rho^2=(x-y)^2$ we present the counterpart of $D(x-y)$ in curved space with a suitably modified version of the ...
