The Sznajd dynamics on a directed clustered network
The Sznajd model is investigated in the directed Erdos--Renyi network with the clusterization coefficient enhanced to 0.3 by the method of Holme and Kim (Phys. Rev. E65 (2002) 026107). Within additional triangles, all six links are present.

Excitons in Electrostatic Traps
We consider in-plane electrostatic traps for indirect excitons in coupled quantum wells, where the traps are formed by a laterally modulated gate voltage.

Three-dimensional computer models of electrospinning systems
Electrospinning is a very interesting method that allows the fabrication of continuous fibers with diameters down to a few nanometers. This paper presents an overview of electrospinning systems as well as their comparison using proposed three-dimensional

Heat diffusion in a two-dimensional thermal fuse model
We present numerical studies of electrical breakdown in disordered materials using a two-dimensional thermal fuse model with heat diffusion. A conducting fuse is heated locally by a Joule heating term.

Dynamics of the line-start reluctance motor with rotor made of SMC material
Design and control of electric motors in such a way as to ensure the expected motor dynamics, are the problems studied for many years. Many researchers tried to solve this problem, for example by the design optimization or by the use of special control ...

Cooperation enhanced by inhomogeneous activity of teaching for evolutionary Prisoner's Dilemma games
Evolutionary Prisoner's Dilemma games with quenched inhomogeneities in the spatial dynamical rules are considered. The players following one of the two pure strategies (cooperation or defection) are distributed on a two-dimensional lattice.

Dynamic load balancing algorithm for large data flow in distributed complex networks
Information society brings convenience to people, but also produces a lot of data. Relational databases are not suitable for processing big data due to architecture defects.

Tests of Dynamical Scaling in 3-D Spinodal Decomposition
We simulate late-stage coarsening of a 3-D symmetric binary fluid. With reduced units l,t (with scales set by viscosity, density and surface tension) our data extends two decades in t beyond earlier work. Across at least four decades, our own and others'
