Shiyou jixie, 2015 针对抽油机运行能耗高、工作效率低以及存在倒发电的问题，基于公共直流母线技术，将多台抽油机变频控制终端配挂在直流母线上进行集群控制，实现区块内多台抽油机倒发电能的互馈共享，并建立了完善的抽油机井远程动态调参与监控系统。在介绍公共直流母线群控智能抽油系统终端下位机硬件电路设计和上位机控制系统软件设计之后，选取现场6口井进行使用效果测试。测试分析结果表明，在保证产液量基本不变的前提下，使用该系统后变压器容量可降低2/3，系统功率因数维持在0.9以上，综合节电率超过19%，实现了采油区块抽油机井的群控管理。

Shiyou jixie, 2015 为进一步提高大牛地气田单井产量，扩大储量动用程度，应用了水平井尾管回接分段压裂技术。该技术解决了环空间隙小、地层压力低、固井过程易发生井漏和气窜等技术难题；实现双重锚定及封隔，避免了后续分段压裂施工时因固井质量差或常规回接密封失效引起的油套环空封隔失效的风险；压裂回接回收技术能够节省套管，压裂管柱的回收重复利用节约了建井成本。水平井尾管固井回接压裂技术的成功应用，满足了井筒全通径、高承压及可回收的要求，为可钻桥塞分段压裂技术提供了安全可靠的井筒条件，同时保证施工顺利完成，取得较好的改造效果。

Shiyou jixie, 2015 在经过射孔工艺改造后的注水井中，常规封隔器胶筒坐封射孔的受力状况比较复杂。通过对压缩式封隔器胶筒进行工况下的受力分析与有限元建模，对压缩式封隔器光滑套管段坐封与射孔段套管坐封进行有限元计算和分析，得出了2种坐封情况下封隔器胶筒以及胶筒与套管之间的应力分布规律。通过对比分析，发现压缩式封隔器在射孔段坐封时，封隔器坐封效果有所下降，但不影响使用，可以在射孔段实现封堵。胶筒与毛刺接触后，胶筒等效应力并未急速增大，同时并未对胶筒造成破坏。研究内容为评估封隔器的使用效果提供了一种新的方法。

Shiyou jixie, 2014 为满足中东地区温度0～55 ℃、湿度100%的沙漠环境钻井作业要求，研制了在使用油基钻井液条件下能够正常工作的沙漠快速移运钻机固控系统。系统采用独特的罐底设计和清砂结构，满足零排放的要求，储备罐、混合橇采用自背橇式结构，吸入罐和振动筛罐能实现整体快速移运，同时该固控系统还配套了消防系统，满足HSE的要求。试验和现场应用结果表明，该固控系统整体性能良好、搬家快捷、符合HSE规范，完全满足沙漠地区钻井作业需求。
