Shiyou jixie, 2014 为了采集张紧器运行过程中各项重要参数，实时掌握张紧器状态，依据海洋钻井隔水管张紧器控制系统工作原理，设计了钢丝绳式隔水管张紧器远程监控系统。监控系统包括张紧器液缸与蓄能器之间的抗反冲控制、液缸和钢丝绳位移检测、升沉运动检测、钢丝绳寿命与维护提醒等7个功能模块。针对隔水管张紧器的3种事故工况，设计了状态判断与系统维护软件算法流程。进行了界面设计，介绍了监控软件的应用情况。该钢丝绳式隔水管张紧器监控系统自动化、智能化程度高，为隔水管张紧器的安全性、可靠性提供了多重保障。
