Battery management system on electric bike using Lithium-Ion 18650

open access: yesInternational Journal of Power Electronics and Drive Systems (IJPEDS), 2019
<span>Electric bike (E-Bike) is a bicycle driven using an electric motor and uses batteries as the energy source. It is environmentally friendly as no exhaust gas is resulted during its operation. More than one battery is normally required, being arranged in series or in parallel connection.

Sodium‐Based Battery Component Design: Imitating Lithium or Forging New Paths?

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
This Perspective elucidates the decisive yet underexplored impact of cation chemistry, Na+ vs. Li+ charge carriers, on the design, selection, and formulation of their corresponding battery systems, addressing common misconceptions and the pitfalls of overreliance on Li+ design principles. Leveraging the unique characteristics of Na+, it comprehensively

Mechanisms of Degradation in Li‐Ion Batteries Under Low Temperature Exposures

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 71, 3 September 2026.
Low‐temperature exposures, or freeze‐thaw cycles, are observed to significantly accelerate the degradation of Li‐ion batteries. A combination of electrolyte phase separation and mechanochemical stress leads to reversible and irreversible performance losses.

Uređaj za testiranje baterijskih ćelija 18650

open access: yes, 2015

Critical Evaluation of Pulsed Current as a Fast‐Charging Strategy for Commercial NFPP and Hard Carbon Sodium‐Ion Pouch Cells

open access: yesBatteries &Supercaps, Volume 9, Issue 9, September 2026.
Pulsed current charging for sodium‐ion batteries shows no positive effect on the fast‐charging performance over conventional constant current charging. Although pulsed current charging and constant current charging with a constant voltage step yield the same capacity, the pulsed current charging interruptions prolong the charging time without ...
