Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.A diagnostic method for reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) based on non‐uniform space‐time‐coding modulation is presented. Fault localization is achieved via amplitude‐only spectral measurements, eliminating the need for complex signal processing. A one‐to‐one mapping between harmonic components and RIS elements enables accurate detection.

Robust NbN‐on‐Si/SiGe Hybrid Microwave Quantum Circuits With Long‐Term Stability
Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.Superconducting NbN resonators integrated with Si/SiGe quantum wells based semiconducting chip are investigated as a CMOS–compatible platform for scalable quantum hardware. Temperature–dependent microwave spectroscopy reveals loss mechanisms from TLS, quasiparticles, and scattering.

Stretchable Energy Storage with Eutectic Gallium Indium Alloy
Advanced Energy Materials, Volume 15, Issue 11, March 18, 2025.A highly stretchable liquid metal‐based electrode is developed via a one‐step process, retaining conductivity and capacitance after mechanical deformation up to 900% strain. The stretchable all‐solid‐state device provides a areal energy density of 43 µWh cm⁻2 after 150% strain.
