Drift of 2,4-D and dicamba applied to soybean at vegetative and reproductive growth stage

open access: yesCiência Rural, 2018
: The introduction of dicamba and 2,4-D-resistant soybean will increase the use of auxin herbicides for management of herbicide-resistant weeds, increasing risk of drift in non-target crops.

Eutectozymes as Soft Hybrid Materials for Advanced Biocatalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Eutectozymes are sustainable hybrid materials that embed a GOx–HRP cascade within hydrophobic eutectogels featuring a dual supramolecular–covalent network. This architecture preserves native enzyme structure and stability, enables efficient heterogeneous biocatalysis in aqueous media, and positions eutectogels as robust platforms for next‐generation ...

Ultrastructural and cytochemical analysis of physic nut callus tissue in response to different combinations of growth regulators

open access: yesActa Scientiarum. Agronomy, 2015
This study aimed to induce callus formation in Jatropha curcas L. and to evaluate the ultrastructure and cytochemical behavior of the calli. Calluses were induced with 2,4-D, picloram-PIC, kinetin (Kin) and BAP: (1) control; (2) 4.52 µM 2,4-D; (3) 9.04 ...

Sodium Bicarbonate Antagonism of 2,4-D Amine

open access: yes, 1990
2,4-D diethanolamine control of kochia was influenced by the source of water used as the spray carrier. Sodium bicarbonate in one water source related to the reduced kochia control. Sodium bicarbonate in a water spray carrier antagonized 2,4-D control of

Genome-wide investigation of cellular targets and mode of action of the antifungal bacterial metabolite 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol in Saccharomyces cerevisiae [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a proven model to investigate the effects of small molecules and drugs on fungal and eukaryotic cells. In this study, the mode of action of an antifungal metabolite, 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol (DAPG), was determined.

High Charge Carrier Mobility in Non‐Conjugated 3D Covalent Organic Frameworks

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A non‐conjugated 3D COF constructed via boronate ester linkages from tetraphenylene and pyrene‐based monomers is reported, which exhibits a high charge carrier mobility of 14 ± 1 cm2 V−1 s−1. ABSTRACT π‐Conjugation, π–π stacking, and long‐range order play a central role in determining charge transport efficiency in organic materials.

Effect of 2,4-D as a novel inducer of embryogenesis in microspores of Brassica napus L.

open access: yesCzech Journal of Genetics and Plant Breeding, 2011
The effect of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) applied at high concentrations for a short time was investigated as a novel stress for induction of microspore embryogenesis for the first time. Brassica napus L. cvs.

2,4-D and 2,4-D metabolites act on Arabidopsis thaliana through auxin signaling pathway.

open access: yes, 2016
(A) Col-0 seedlings were grown for 7 days on 2,4-D, 2,4-D-aspartic acid and 2,4-D-glutamic acid. DMSO was used as control. 2,4-D and 2,4-D-glutamic acid induced a clear reduction of primary root growth at 0.5 μM.
