Rewiring Pyroptosis to Potentiate Cancer Immunotherapy via a Gasdermin D Agonist Bypassing Caspase‐3
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This work introduces a small‐molecule agonist, DIBDO, that bypasses Casp‐3 to directly trigger GSDMD‐mediated pyroptosis in tumors.
