2D Copper MOF Membranes with Precise Pores for Ionic Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
. ABSTRACT Biological ion channels play a critical role in the complex physiological processes of living organisms. Inspired by these natural systems, we demonstrate the fabrication of ultrathin 2D copper‐based metal‐organic framework (CuMOF) films and their application to mimic key functionalities of biological membranes. Using a liquid–air interface

PET Imaging of Cardiac Inflammation in Viral Myocarditis Using a DPP4‐Targeted Probe

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study describes a DPP4‐targeted PET probe for imaging myocardial inflammation by selectively targeting activated immune cells. Derived from the clinically approved small‐molecule inhibitor linagliptin, the probe demonstrates favorable biodistribution with specific cardiac uptake in myocarditis.

Hierarchical Targeting of TREM2+ Myeloid Cells via Acid‐Triggered OMVs Reprogram Immunosuppression and Suppress Osteolysis in Bone‐Metastatic TNBC

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study developed a hierarchical targeting nanoplatform, siTREM2@ETP‐PEOz‐OMVs, against triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) bone metastasis. It precisely delivers therapeutic siTREM2 to monocytes/macrophages within the metastatic niche. This intervention dually regulates cell fate: reprogramming immunosuppressive macrophages and inhibiting ...

Synchronized double rotation 2D NMR

Solid State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, 2000
Analytical expressions for multi-quantum signal generation of quadrupole nuclei have been derived. Combined with numerical simulation of the double rotor motion, a strategy is suggested for partial sideband suppression in multi-quantum NMR spectra. Synchronization of multi-quantum excitation and selective flip pulses with outer rotor motion increase ...

Some aspects of quantitative 2D NMR

Journal of Magnetic Resonance, 2005
We have studied the application of 2D HSQC for quantitative measurements and propose some improvements to the previously published Q-HSQC method. Application of CPMG-INEPT for polarization transfer period suppresses the evolution of J(HH), and thus corrects the shape of the cross-peaks. The better cross-peak shape makes phase correction and integration
