On Small Gaps in the Length Spectrum
We discuss upper and lower bounds for the size of gaps in the length spectrum of negatively curved manifolds. For manifolds with algebraic generators for the fundamental group, we establish the existence of exponential lower bounds for the gaps.

Homoclinic intersections of symplectic partially hyperbolic systems with 2D center
We study some generic properties of partially hyperbolic symplectic systems with 2D center. We prove that $C^r$ generically, every hyperbolic periodic point has a transverse homoclinic intersection for the maps close to a direct/skew product of an Anosov

On the first integral conjecture of Rene Thom
More that half a century ago R. Thom asserted in an unpublished manuscript that, generically, vector fields on compact connected smooth manifolds without boundary can admit only trivial continuous first integrals.
