Ag Nanowire‐Integrated MoS2/ZnO Heterojunctions for Highly Efficient Photogenerated Charge Transfer

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, Volume 11, Issue 6, May 2025.
A versatile strategy is reported for fabricating multi‐dimensional heterojunctions with significantly improved charge transfer capability. By integrating Ag nanowires with a MoS2/ZnO heterojunction, a fourfold increase in surface photovoltage is achieved, reaching 200 mV under visible light illumination.

Semi‐Transparent Organic Photodiodes with Near‐Infrared Detection Fabricated by Inkjet Printing

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work shows the inkjet printing of semi‐transparent and opaque organic photodiodes that enable light detection in the near‐infrared regime. Their transparency and high detection speed make them ideal for applications in soft robotics, wearable devices, and light communication systems.

Hydrogen‐Induced Electronic Modulation at MoS2/SiO2 Interfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Hydrogen is shown to tune the conductivity of monolayer MoS2 in protonic electrochemical random‐access memories (ECRAMs). Combined atomistic simulations and device measurements reveal concentration‐dependent n‐type doping when the SiO2 surface is fully saturated, enabling hydrogen to adsorb on MoS2 or incorporate into sulfur vacancies.

Tailoring the Anomalous Nernst Effect of Co/Pt Multilayers Grown on Strained Flexible Substrates

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Strain engineering offers a powerful approach to enhance the Anomalous Nernst Effect in flexible Co/Pt multilayers. This study demonstrates a 30% thermoelectric improvement under mechanical strain, directly attributed to the modulation of intrinsic interfacial interactions.
