Numerical and Experimental Dynamic Analysis of 3D-Printed Pierced Vault
In the present paper, a form-finding of shallow grid shells was introduced based on the multi-body rope approach (MRA) for the definitions of vaults with optimized shapes and different hole percentages. In order to obtain experimental validation, a physical model was reproduced at the laboratory scale performing ad hoc measurements to compare the ...

Application of Convolution of Daubechies Wavelet in Solving 3D Microscale DPL Problem [PDF]
In this work, the triple convolution of Daubechies wavelet is used to solve the three dimensional (3D) microscale Dual Phase Lag (DPL) problem. Also, numerical solution of 3D time-dependent initial-boundary value problems of a microscopic heat equation ...

3D Numerical Modeling applied to analysis of piled foundations [PDF]

Enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC) infects the human intestinal epithelium, resulting in severe illness and diarrhoea. In this study, we compared the infection of cancer‐derived cell lines with human organoid‐derived models of the small intestine. We observed a delayed in attachment, inflammation and cell death on primary cells, indicating that host ...

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.
