Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

A fast and robust hand-driven 3D mouse [PDF]
The development of new interaction paradigms requires a natural interaction. This means that people should be able to interact with technology with the same models used to interact with everyday real life, that is through gestures, expressions, voice ...

The Fewest Clues Problem of Picross 3D.
Picross 3D is a popular single-player puzzle video game for the Nintendo DS. It is a 3D variant of Nonogram, which is a popular pencil-and-paper puzzle. While Nonogram provides a rectangular grid of squares that must be filled in to create a picture, Picross 3D presents a rectangular parallelepiped (i.e., rectangular box) made of unit cubes, some of ...

Receptor‐Free Identification of Toxic Gases Enabled by Hygroscopic Aqueous Salt Films
Water as a gas sensor coating sounds impossible—until it stops evaporating. Here, hygroscopic salt solutions (LiCl, LiBr, H3PO4) form non‐drying aqueous films on CNT chemiresistors under ambient air. Gases partition into these liquid layers, sometimes transforming into water, and generate salt‐specific resistance fingerprints across a four‐channel ...

Research of 3D modeling method for mine roadway based on Web
In view of problem that most of 3D modeling methods for mine roadway are based on stand-alone computer and it is difficult to share the models via Web, the paper discussed an implementation method of roadway modeling applying 3D Web graphics technology ...

On 3D Anticrack Problem of Thermoelectroelasticity [PDF]
Abstract A solution is presented for the static problem of thermoelectroelasticity involving a transversely isotropic space with a heat-insulated rigid sheet-like inclusion (anticrack) located in the isotropy plane. It is assumed that far from this defect the body is in a uniform heat flow perpendicular to the inclusion plane. Besides,

We present a tissue‐stimulator platform for seamless electrode integration with pancreatic tissue, applying uniform electrical stimulation through optimized design with biohybrid 3D printing. Advantageous effects of electrical stimulation on β‐cell function were observed, including enhanced calcium signaling, islet morphology, and maturation.

Spatially Modulated Morphotropic Phase Boundaries in a Compressively Strained Multiferroic Thin Film
ABSTRACT The coexisting rhombohedral‐like (R′, MA) and tetragonal‐like (T′, MC) monoclinic phases in compressively strained bismuth ferrite thin films exhibit exceptional piezoelectric and magnetic properties. While previous studies have largely focused on probing the morphotropic phase boundaries (MPBs) comprising ordered R′/T′ twins, their self ...
