FB23‐2 and Cisplatin Synergize to Inhibit Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma by Targeting the XPF/ERCC1 Complex

FB23‐2 potentiates cisplatin's antitumor efficacy in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma by disrupting XPF/ERCC1 complex assembly and nuclear translocation, thereby suppressing DNA damage repair machinery and amplifying platinum‐induced tumor cell death.

Optimized Lanthanide(III) Tags for Rapid and Efficient Protein Labeling in Electron Paramagnetic Resonance and Luminescence Applications

Three novel Ln(III) complexes for efficient, site‐specific cysteine labeling under mild aqueous conditions are reported. A kinetic study reveals how subtle changes to the reactive pendant arm tune tagging rates, with Tb.QuNO achieving >95% cysteine labeling in 10 min.
