Brachycephaly in French bulldogs and pugs is associated with narrow ear canals
Background Brachycephalic dog breeds have multiple skull malformations which may lead to anatomical changes in the external auditory canal. It is our frequent observation that in the otoscopic examination of the external ear in these breeds we are unable to visualise the tympanic membrane as a consequence of extreme narrowing of the proximal ear canal.

Background Antimicrobial resistance in Staphylococcus pseudintermedius (SP) and the prevalence of meticillin‐resistant SP (MRSP) is increasing in dogs worldwide. Objectives To evaluate the influence of hospital size on antimicrobial resistance of SP and whether restricted use of antimicrobials based on antibiograms could reduce the identification of ...

Some results on a generalized ω‐Jacobi transform
We introduce a generalized ω‐Jacobi transform and obtain images of certain functions under this transform. Moreover, we define a new probability density function (pdf) involving this new generalized ω‐Jacobi function. Some basic functions associated with the pdf, such as characteristic function, moments and distribution function, are evaluated.

On the supercongruence conjectures of van Hamme [PDF]
In 1997, van Hamme developed $p-$adic analogs, for primes $p$, of several series which relate hypergeometric series to values of the gamma function, originally studied by Ramanujan.

A note on dual integral equations involving inverse associated Weber‐Orr transforms
We consider dual integral equations involving inverse associated Weber‐Orr transforms. Elementary methods have been used to reduce dual integral equations to a Fredholm integral equation of second kind. Some known results are obtained as special case.

In this paper, the operators of fractional integration introduced by Marichev-Saigo-Maeda involving Appell's function F3(·) are applied, and several new image formulas of generalized Lommel–Wright function are established.

Dual integral equations involving Weber‐Orr transforms
In this paper we consider dual integral equations involving inverse Weber‐Orr transforms of the type , k = 0, 1, …. A general solution is established using elementary methods. Many known results are derived as special cases.
