Improved crystal structure solution from powder diffraction data by the use of conformational information [PDF]
The effect of introducing conformational information to the DASH implementation of crystal structure determination from powder diffraction data is investigated using 51 crystal structures, with the aim of allowing increasingly complex crystal structures ...

A number of interesting theorems have recently been added to the existing ones in the field of integral transforms. The new arrivals can be broadly classified under two categories. The first expresses relationship between images and originals of related functions in the transforms concerned while the second reveals interconnections existing between ...

A distributional Hardy transformation
The Hardy′s F‐transform is extended to distributions. The corresponding inversion formula is shown to be valid in the weak distributional sense. This is accomplished by transferring the inversion formula onto the testing function space for the generalized functions under consideration and then showing that the limiting process in the resulting formula ...

The Laplace transforms of the transition probability density and distribution functions for the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process contain the product of two parabolic cylinder functions, namely D_{v}(x)D_{v}(y) and D_{v}(x)D_{v-1}(y), respectively.

Mellin transforms with only critical zeros: generalized Hermite functions [PDF]
We consider the Mellin transforms of certain generalized Hermite functions based upon certain generalized Hermite polynomials, characterized by a parameter $\mu>-1/2$.

In this paper, finite Meijer G‐transformation has been defined. A system of eigenfunctions is verified for the orthogonality condition. Operational calculus properties are shown. The classical concept of finite Meijer G‐transforms is studied in the present text.

Chebyshev polynomials of the first kind and the univariate Lommel function: Integral representations
This study investigates a number of integrals possessing products of different indices of the univariate Lommel function, sμ,ν(a){s}_{\mu ,\nu }\left(a), with various elementary and special functions.

Inverse hyperbolic equation, Spectral technique, Regularization method, Operational matrix
Recently, the realm related to Euler's Beta function has played a significant role in the development of special function theory. In this study, a new extension of the special function known as Euler's Beta function with respect to the Mittag-Leffler ...
