On the Fixed Point Results for the Suzuki‐Type Multivalued δ‐Contractions

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
In this study, we prove the existence of a fixed point for a Suzuki‐type δ‐contraction, which is a generalization of the δ‐contraction and weak δ‐contraction mappings. We prove a fixed point theorem for multivalued mappings satisfying a Suzuki‐type δ‐contraction in complete fuzzy metric spaces. Furthermore, we prove some several fixed point results for

The equivalence of Mann iteration and Ishikawa iteration for ψ‐uniformly pseudocontractive or ψ‐uniformly accretive maps

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, Volume 2004, Issue 46, Page 2443-2451, 2004., 2004
We show that the Ishikawa iteration and the corresponding Mann iteration are equivalent when applied to ψ‐uniformly pseudocontractive or ψ‐uniformly accretive maps.

Some Fixed Point Theorems Via Combination of Weak Contraction and Caristi Contractive Mapping

open access: yesAnnales Mathematicae Silesianae, 2021
In this paper we introduce some new types of contractive mappings by combining Caristi contraction, Ćirić-quasi contraction and weak contraction in the framework of a metric space.

Some Results of Fixed Points in Complete b‐Metric‐Like Space With Application

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
In this contribution, we prove some results of the uniqueness of the common fixed point for quadruple mappings in a complete b‐metric‐like space. Then, two nontrivial illustrative examples are provided to highlight the reliability of our basic findings.

On some fixed point results for (s, p, α)-contractive mappings in b-metric-like spaces and applications to integral equations

open access: yesOpen Mathematics, 2018
In this work, we introduce the notions of (s, p, α)-quasi-contractions and (s, p)-weak contractions and deduce some fixed point results concerning such contractions, in the setting of b-metric-like spaces.

Mild solution in the α-norm for some partial integrodifferential equations involving a nonlocal condition

open access: yesNonautonomous Dynamical Systems, 2023
In this work, we investigate the existence of mild solutions in the α\alpha -norm for a class of nonlocal integrodifferential equations. We employ the theory of resolvent operators introduced by R. Grimmer. The Leray-Schauder alternative is the principal

Comparison Function and Boyd–Wong–Type Contractions in Kaleva–Seikkala’s Type Fuzzy b‐Metric Space

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
In this article, we study the existence and uniqueness of fixed points for mappings in Kaleva–Seikkala’s type fuzzy b‐metric spaces. Nonlinear contractions of the comparison function and Boyd–Wong’s type are considered, and several new fixed point theorems for these contractions in complete Kaleva‐Seikkala’s type fuzzy b‐metric spaces are presented. The existence and uniqueness of solutions to a functional equation arising in psychological learning theory

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica, 2023
The paradigm of choice practice represents the psychological theory of learning in the development of moral judgment. It is concerned with evaluating the implications of several choices and selecting one of them to implement.

Generalized α − ψ Rational‐Type Contractions and Related Fixed Point Results in Controlled Metric Spaces

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
We introduce the new notion of generalized α − ψ rational type contractions of type I and type II in controlled metric spaces. By making use of these new notions, some fixed point theorems are also proved in the mentioned spaces for the α− admissible self maps.
