CD161 is identified as a novel inhibitory receptor on bone marrow (BM)‐resident CD8⁺ T cells in multiple myeloma (MM). Through interaction with its ligand CLEC2D, CD161 impairs T‐cell function and promotes immune suppression. Blockade of CD161 restores tissue residency and cytotoxicity of CD8⁺ T cells and enhances chimeric antigen receptor T‐cell (CAR ...

YTHDF2‐mediated m6A mRNA decay critically regulates learning and memory. Its forebrain‐specific knockout in mice impedes degradation of m6A‐modified mRNAs, enhancing hippocampal synaptic transmission, protein synthesis, and memory. Conversely, hippocampal YTHDF2 reintroduction or SEMA4B reduction reverses this enhancement, while its overexpression ...

King and Cochrane: The technological treadmill and racial inequity in US agriculture

Using Martin Luther King Jr.'s critique of agricultural policy and Willard Cochrane's theory of the technological treadmill, we explore how racial discrimination was linked to policies that led to structural change in US agriculture.
