Fosl2 Regulates FSH‐Dependent Follicle Maturation Through Feedback Amplification of FSH/FSHR Signaling

This study identifies a FOSL2‐driven positive feedback loop that amplifies FSH/FSHR signaling. During FSH‐dependent follicle maturation, FSH induces Fosl2 expression via the cAMP‐PKA‐CREB cascade. Enhanced Intracellular Stability and Translation Efficiency of mRNA Drugs by a 2‐arm mRNA Platform

We constructed a 2‐arm mRNA, characterized by a unique topology formed through the dimerization of two mRNA 3’ tails. The 2‐arm mRNA improves 3’ tail stability and resistance to nuclease degradation, resulting in an intracellular half‐life of up to 65 h. This method substantially enhances the translation capacity of mRNA drugs.

Antenna Effect in Halogen‐Containing ZnSm Coordination Compounds: Utilizing Colorimetry for a Room‐Temperature Tunable Ratiometric Molecular Thermometer

The ZnSm‐Cl dinuclear molecular complex was synthesized through a simple one‐pot method. ZnL and Sm3+ exhibit complementary temperature‐dependent emission As the temperature increases, a noticeable color difference of ZnSm‐Cl can be observed within the room temperature range of 253‐333 K.
