Enrichment of 54Fe by Electromagnetic Isotope Separator (EMIS) [PDF]
Electromagnetic Isotopes Separator (EMIS) has been installed in Karaj since 1991 in order to separate isotopes of a wide range of elements. Iron is successfully separated. Iron element has four stable isotopes, 58Fe, 57Fe, 56Fe and 54Fe.

Abstract Aluminum (Al) may play a role in the ocean's capacity for absorbing atmospheric CO2 via influencing carbon fixation, export, and sequestration. Aluminum fertilization, especially in iron (Fe)‐limited high‐nutrient, low‐chlorophyll ocean regions, has been proposed as a potential CO2 removal strategy to mitigate global warming.

Abstract Southern Ocean phytoplankton growth is limited by low iron (Fe) supply and irradiance, impacting the strength of the biological carbon pump. Unfavorable upper ocean conditions, such as low nutrient concentrations, can lead to the formation of deep chlorophyll or biomass maxima (DCM/DBM).

ÉTATS ANALOGUES DE 55Fe ET 55Co PAR RÉACTIONS (α, t) ET (α, 3He) SUR 54Fe
Nous avons étudié simultanément les états de neutron de 55Fe et les états de proton T> et T and T< of 55Co. Results concerning main levels ƒ1/2, p3/2, p1/2, ƒ5/2 and g9/2 are presented with relative spectroscopic factors derived by DWBA ...

6 μm thick AlInP 55Fe X-ray photovoltaic and 63Ni betavoltaic cells [PDF]
Two 400 μm diameter Al0.52In0.48P p+-i-n+ mesa photodiodes (6 μm i layer) were fabricated from a wafer grown by metalorganic vapour phase epitaxy (MOVPE) and then studied at temperatures from 140 °C to -20 °C for the development of temperature tolerant ...

Thermodynamically Guided Improvement of Fe–Mn–Al–Ni Shape‐Memory Alloys
The utilization of a microstructural‐informed thermodynamic model enables the creation of pseudoelastic Fe–Mn–Al–Ni shape‐memory alloys with enhanced reversibility. The feasibility of the proposed alloy‐design strategy is proven by complementary spherical nanoindentation and in situ compression tests.

High temperature AlInP X-ray spectrometers
Two custom-made Al0.52In0.48P p+-i-n+ mesa photodiodes with different diameters (217 µm ± 15 µm and 409 µm ± 28 µm) and i layer thicknesses of 6 µm have been electrically characterised over the temperature range 0 °C to 100 °C.
