A dual‐phase flash Joule heating strategy converts pre‐pyrolyzed biomass into structurally tunable carbon materials from waste feedstocks. By decoupling current‐driven thermodynamic input and duration‐dependent kinetic relaxation, the process maps the transition from amorphous carbon to few‐layer turbostratic graphene and turbostratic nanographite ...

The reactions between tetra(pyridin‐4‐ylthio)tetrathiafulvalene and Br2/I2/ICl/IBr led to a variety of products, including a rare example of neutral 1:4 CT adduct and ionic products showing supramolecular cage motifs at (tri)halide templates. The nature of the reaction products was elucidated based on XRD analysis, Raman spectroscopy and QTAIM, NCI ...

We report a systematic study of β‐ketonitrile–modified Prodan‐type solvatochromic fluorophores. The β‐ketonitrile substitution induces marked bathochromic shifts in absorption and emission and significantly enhances fluorescence quantum yields in nonpolar solvents.

Development of Blue‐to‐Near‐Infrared rTCO–Caged Fluorogenic Probes for Click‐to‐Release Monitoring
A series of fluorogenic rTCO‐caged click‐to‐release probes was prepared and evaluated both in a cuvette and in live cells. Some of the probes exhibited significant turn‐on and efficient fluorophore release spanning the blue‐to‐NIR region. A significant difference in the performance of the compounds in live cells was observed, highlighting the need for ...

The Human and Environmental Side of HRM: A Systematic Review and Future Research Agenda
ABSTRACT Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has received growing attention as organisations are leveraging HRM to address environmental and social challenges. Although prior research links GHRM to improved environmental and organisational performance, much of this literature focuses on performance‐oriented outcomes and gives limited attention to ...
