, 2020 [[abstract]]工廠管理方法有許多種類，本次題目以5S與目視管理與現場合理化的部份來切入，5S分別為整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、教養為主要的重點，對於個案工廠方面本研究執行了工具的整頓、放置架。清掃方面有衛生配備及地板方面。執行過後，工具整頓部分較為整齊，因為做了定位管理，而放置架則將需要與不需要物品移除，增加許多有效利用的空間。清掃衛生配備是將油污清除，使清掃區域變得明亮，地板方面是將青苔與油汙清除，使地板走道容易辨識。本研究為了增強5S的管理利用了漫畫與標語的影響讓個案公司了解5S的重要性 ...
