La radiosource 1642+690 contient un cœur compact avec un jet s'etendant sur 5'' vers le sud. On presente deux cartes VLBI a 5 GHz, obtenues en 1980 et 1983 qui montrent que la structure de la source est semblable a celles des sources superluminiques 3C273 et 3C345.

Landscape of BRAF transcript variants in human cancer

We investigate the annotation of BRAF variants, focusing on protein‐coding BRAF‐220 (formerly BRAF‐reference) and BRAF‐204 (BRAF‐X1). The IsoWorm pipeline allows us to quantify these variants in human cancer, starting from RNA‐sequencing data. BRAF‐204 is more abundant than BRAF‐220 and impacts patient survival.
