Fusions of a transactivation module and a double‐stranded DNA‐binding domain produced effective Cas12i3 variant‐based cytosine and adenine base editors, with improved C‐to‐T and A‐to‐G base editing efficiency and expanded editing window. Generated herbicide‐resistant rice germplasm by using these base editors demonstrates their potential for precise ...

Multiproduct Firms, Consumer Search, and Demand Heterogeneity
ABSTRACT I construct a consumer search model with demand‐side heterogeneity, in which some consumers search for a single product while others search for multiple products. I show that a positive demand shock to one product induces firms to increase that product's price while decreasing the other product's price, and the latter effect is greater than ...

Tensor Changepoint Detection and Eigenbootstrap
ABSTRACT Tensor data consisting of multivariate outcomes over the items and across the subjects with longitudinal and cross‐sectional dependence are considered. A completely distribution‐free and tweaking‐parameter‐free detection procedure for changepoints at different locations is designed, which does not require training data.
