Railway Track Fault Classification for Predictive Maintenance Using Deep Learning Algorithms Based on a 2D Train‐Track‐Bridge Interaction Model

A deep learning framework integrated with a 2D train track bridge simulation model is developed to classify corrugation and ballast faults from vibration signals using time frequency analysis. The method achieves high accuracy and supports predictive maintenance for railway infrastructure.
