A Comparative Study of an AADI RDCP600, an RDI ADCP (1200 KHz) and a Triaxys Wave buoy in the Dee Estuary

2008 IEEE/OES 9th Working Conference on Current Measurement Technology, 2008
A field trial was conducted from March 2007 to April 2007 in the Dee estuary comparing AADI RDCP600 measurements with RDI ADCP (1200 KHz) and Triaxys wave buoy measurements. The trial lasted for thirty days. The RDCP600 and RDI ADCP (1200 KHz) were mounted together on the STABLE III frame and deployed at 53 22.151N 3 14.391W.

A critique to argument-driven inquiry (ADI) and the development of authentic argument-driven inquiry (AADI) for optics instruction

Physics Education
Abstract Argument-driven inquiry (ADI) is a widely used method in science education. While it offers several pedagogical advantages, a critical analysis of its framework and practical application, particularly in optics instruction, reveals notable challenges related to the implementation of its inquiry phase.
