In Japanese pregnancies near delivery, the population‐specific Shinozuka formula estimated fetal weight more accurately than Hadlock‐3. Shinozuka estimates were closer to birth weight and more often fell within ±10%, whereas Hadlock‐3 showed greater systematic underestimation.
