We establish a tBid‐mediated cell ablation system in axolotls, achieve rapid and efficient ablation of multiple cell types, including muscle stem cell, spinal cord cell, and connective tissue (CT) cells. We investigate the role of CT using tBid‐mediated CT ablation and identify its essential role for limb development and regeneration.

Noninvasive Focal Gene Delivery into the Cerebellum of Non‐Human Primates using Focused Ultrasound

Paternal Caffeine Exposure Programs Offspring Stress Vulnerability via Sperm Dlk1‐Dio3 Imprinting‐Directed Remodeling of a Novel Neural Circuit

The study elucidates that paternal preconception stress can drive offspring hyperresponsivity of the stress system via hypomethylation of a specific DNA region in sperm. Integrating experimental insights with molecular dynamics simulations, we establish an advanced mathematical model for fluids confined in sub‐10‐nm channels, enabling quantitative prediction of interfacial layer thickness and viscosity by accounting for channel material, temperature, and fluid properties.

A Catalytic Osmium Redox Couple Collapses Cancer Redox Balance

A stable Os(III)/Os(IV) redox couple is developed to disrupt the tumor cell redox balance by concurrently catalyzing ROS generation and GSH depletion. Osmium‐treated cells exhibit multiple cell death pathways, including apoptosis, ferroptosis, and immunogenic cell death.
