Thirty patients with AUD undergoing detoxification and 31 healthy controls were evaluated. From baseline to day 7, TNC decreased significantly, accompanied by improvements in depression, anxiety and total symptom scores. Neopterin and cytokine levels remained unchanged.

A noncanonical role for Jagged1 in endothelial mechanotransduction
The Notch signaling pathway plays a crucial role in regulating endothelial biology. Notch signaling is sensitive to hemodynamic forces and governs mechanically driven cardiovascular development, physiology, and remodeling. This study reveals a non‐canonical role for the Notch ligand Jagged1 in endothelial mechanotransduction.
