Question, 2008 La preocupación que guía este trabajo es la de reflexionar acerca del castigo, en sus tres niveles de análisis: filosófico, sociológico y penológico (o penitenciario). Como diría Nietzsche, en su Genealogía de la moral, en la actualidad no se sabe ciertamente porqué se castiga. Intentamos aquí, más que buscarle justificaciones a la pena, erosionarla.
