Abstract We report a case of reposition and patch repair of an incarcerated uterus with threatened rupture of uterine scar dehiscence in mid‐trimester. This review summarizes surgical procedures and techniques in the management of uterine dehiscence and rupture in the second trimester with the aim to continue the pregnancy.
