Abrasion Resistance of Thermoplastic Polyurethane in Abrasion Resistance Test Using Abrasives.
KOBUNSHI RONBUNSHU, 1992 ポリカプロラクトン, 4, 4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアナート, 1, 4-ブタンジオールからなる熱可塑性ポリウレタンのうち組成比の異なる2種類の試料について, 研磨材を用いた摩耗試験を行った. その結果, 硬さが小さく, 動的貯蔵弾性率 (E') の小さい試料が耐摩耗性が良好であった. また, 温度を上げた状態での摩耗試験の結果, 及び加圧下でのポリウレタンと鋼球の接触状態の観察から, E'の低い試料では, 研磨材との接触面積が大きくなり, 研磨材と一体となった層を形成するため, 耐摩耗性が向上するものと考えられた.
